Burp Question

Is burping like a man ok? I am 2.5 weeks post op.

Take small bites (use infant/child size utensils) and chew well (25-30 times each bite).

This should help you to burp more like a lady. :)

Sometimes burping or hiccups are a sign that your stomach is full! I call it my pressure release valve!! After one burp- stop eating and see how it goes!
