Bariatric Recipes of the Week: Crunch Cakes
These crunch cakes are a great alternative to ice cream sandwiches. Guests will love them too!Ingredients: - 8 mini rice cakes (flavor or your choice: chocolate, caramel, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Instructions: - Spread 1/2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Free on 1 mini rice cake.
- Top with a second mini rice cake.
- Repeat with remaining rice cakes.
- Freeze.
