Insulated Lunch Bag
Not just for kids!

Carry an insulated lunch bag whenever you're going to be away from home for more than 2-3 hours.

Eating properly requires having the proper foods...

...at the proper times. Best way to accomplish this?

Carry your food with you.

There's nothing worse for your weight loss effort than feeling hungry while you're away from home and having to hunt down the "right food" to eat. Chances are slim to none that you'll find (or choose) what you need to eat when there are so many other tempting foods to choose from.

That's why you should always (or at least most of the time) pack a lunch and/or multiple healthy snacks if you're going to out for more than a few hours.

If you have kids, I'm guessing you never leave the house without packed snacks for them. Why aren't you doing the same for yourself?!

Carry a lunch tote with you so that healthy food choices are only fingertips away:

  • nonfat/lowfat cottage cheese
  • nonfat/lowfat string cheese
  • lowfat or part skim ricotta cheese
  • yogurt
  • turkey slices
  • fresh fruit
  • hard boiled eggs
  • hummus
  • tuna salad/chicken salad/egg salad

Of course you can always throw in non-perishable items like:

  • meat sticks
  • dry roasted edamame (soybeans)
  • nuts
  • protein bars

Lunch boxes have come a long way! With so many fun colors and shapes to choose from, you may find you like carrying a different insulated lunch bag every day!
