Joy's Gastric Band Journey

My name is Joy and I had the Realize Band put in on May 12, 2010. I have followed all the rules and have lost 20 lbs. I have been on the moist foods for about a week and had my post op appointment today. My surgeon was happy with my weight loss. I will have my first fill on June 15th.

I stumbled upon this website tonight when I was looking for a weight loss journal for band patients. I bought and downloaded the one on this website tonight and I think it will be a terrific tool. I was given one by my doctor but this one is better. I also love the egg mug microwave recipes. I can't wait to try them! I look forward to blogging here on my weight loss journal.
