Single Serving Peanut Butter
Rocks!

Single serving peanut butter is the greatest invention ever for peanut butter lovers (like ME) who have a hard time with portion control.

There's no mistaking what the proper portion size is with these handy peanut butter packets, and there's no overdoing it either...unless you get into a second or third packet....

One single serving peanut butter pack has 180 calories and 7 grams of protein (that's the equivalent of "1 serving" of protein).

Simply knead, and squeeze. Convenient and no mess!

I recommend Justin's brand. It doesn't have any partially hydrogenated oil in it like most store brand peanut butters do and it's made in small batches so the taste is out of this world.

Keep a peanut butter packet in your purse, briefcase, backpack, and/or desk drawer for a quick snack on the go. They make great travel snacks too!

Squeeze it on an apple or banana or on a few whole wheat crackers or rice cakes to make a well rounded snack that will hold you for hours.

Note: Try the individual serving almond butter packets too. Can you say yum?!

Looking for a 100 calorie snack?

Try the Barney Butter 100 Calorie Almond Butter Single Serving Packets. They're simply delicious too!

Happy Healthy Snacking!
