Soda After Weight Loss Surgery

by Yolanda
(Dallas, Texas)

After three months of gastric sleeve surgery would it be ok to occasionally take a sip of soda?

It's generally recommended to avoid carbonated beverages after weight loss surgery. However, a small amount, occassionally, is ok to drink...after all...it's not health food :)

You'll be the first to know whether you tolerate it or not!
