To clean your blender, fill the pitcher with water, add a drop or two of dish soap, cover, and blend for a few seconds. Rinse well.

Note: Make sure you blend very well. Butternut squash is a bit stringy and needs to be totally blenderized so it doesn't cause any problem with your gastric band.
