Pumpkin Pie Shake

This pumpkin pie shake is yummy for breakfast, lunch, OR dinner! It's a great way to drink your vegetables and get some fiber.

It's a perfect high protein weight loss surgery recipe...fun anytime of year, but especially in the fall around the holidays.


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling...just plain canned pumpkin)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
  • ice as desired

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.

Per serving:

185 calories, 22 grams protein, 22 grams carbohydrate, 3 grams fat, 4 grams fiber!
